Leading the kitchen is a team of authentic Italian chefs— Paul, Franco, and Giuseppe —who have dedicated their careers to mastering Italian cuisine.
With over 50 years of combined experience working in pizzerias and Italian kitchens, they honor the traditions, flavors, and spirit of Italian cooking in every dish.
Together, our talented team, led by General Manager Andrew Rowland, crafts meals using homemade sauces and fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring each pizza, pasta, and salad reflects the love of food, the warmth of Italian heritage, and exceptional service for every guest.
